List your property: agencies and owners

This page is for agencies, property managers and owners of rentals in Las Terrenas. Casa Terrenas is an independent platform operated by THERD SRL: it does not belong to any agency, and being listed on the site does not mean being a partner. The form on this page lets you submit a rental, request a correction or removal, ask about sponsored visibility or have us manage your property.

Submitting a rental

We only publish rentals let for at least one month (up to 12 months or more): no nightly or weekly rentals.

1. Fill in the form with what you know: property type, neighborhood, bedrooms and bathrooms, furnished or not, monthly rent and currency, minimum stay, utilities included or not (electricity, water, internet…), and a few photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP, 8 MB maximum each).
2. You confirm that you are entitled to rent this property and to share its photos and details. The text of this statement and its date are recorded.
3. Our team reviews the submission and may ask you for more details or proof of your mandate. No rental is published without review. The photos you send stay private until the listing is approved.
4. We write the listing without your contact details and show it with its confirmation date (“Confirmed by the agency on…”).

What we publish

• The property type, the neighborhood or a general area, and the known features: bedrooms, floor area, furnished, pool, air conditioning, inverter or generator, water tank, internet, pets allowed…
• The monthly rent, by length of stay or season where relevant, utilities and charges, deposit, rent in advance, agency fee and minimum stay, with the source and check date.
• The agency name, or the “Private owner” label for a private individual.
• Photos whose right of use is established, resized and stripped of their metadata (including GPS location).

Anything unknown is shown as “Not specified”: we never make it up. The more complete your information, the more often your rental appears in filtered searches, because an unspecified criterion never counts as “yes”.

What we never publish

• Your phone number, WhatsApp, email address, website or social media accounts.
• The exact address or the residence name: the rental is located by neighborhood, with an approximate circle of at least 300 m on the map. The address is only shared with a prospective tenant when a viewing is arranged.
• A private owner's name.
• Photos showing contact details, an agency watermark or a readable address.

Visitor requests

Requests are received by our team and are never forwarded automatically. We may contact you to confirm a rental's rent, conditions and availability, then arrange an in-person or video viewing.

A visitor's contact details are only passed on to you if the visitor agreed, by ticking an optional box, and after we have checked the rental and its advertiser. Casa Terrenas may be paid by the agency or owner for such an introduction, on terms agreed with you in advance and available on request. We tell visitors this clearly. You are responsible for how you use the requests you receive.

Keeping your listings up to date

We check sources regularly. A listing that could not be checked for 7 days is labeled “To be reconfirmed”; after 30 days, its rent is left out of price sorting and calculations. A listing that disappears from its source or is marked as rented there gets the “Probably rented” label and is then removed from the site. Let us know as soon as a rental is let or its rent changes: the listing stays reliable and you receive fewer pointless requests.

Correcting or removing a listing

Is some information wrong or out of date, or would you rather your rental or agency did not appear on the site? Write to us using the form on this page, stating the rental or detail concerned and the change you want. We may ask you to confirm that you represent the agency or owner. Corrections and removals are free and handled as quickly as possible.

Sponsored visibility (coming later)

Sponsored placements may be offered later. They will always carry a “Sponsored” label, be shown separately and never be mixed into the real order of results, including when a visitor sorts by rent or by estimated monthly cost. A sponsored listing follows the same checking rules as any other. The site offers no online payment. Terms are available on request: just mention it in your message.

Property management

Casa Terrenas may also manage rentals on behalf of their owners. These rentals always carry the “Offered by Casa Terrenas” label. If you would like us to manage your property, choose that subject in the form: we will explain how it works and share our terms on request.
